Blackbox Ukraine

“Blackbox Ukraine” traces more than a thousand years of Ukrainian history and explores how competing historical narratives have become instruments of political power and war.

For the 90-minute documentary, I collaborated with Lumalenscape to create map animations and additional motion design elements.

Blackbox Ukraine is a 2024 production by LOOKSfilm for MDR and ARTE.
